The Herb Room
One of the wonderful things about herbs is their accessibility. They are freely available to anyone who want to use them -- indeed, many herbs are considered weeds by those who don't know better, and who are more than happy to have someone else take them away.
I grow as many herbs as I can in my garden, and purchase or trade for the rest from the best sources I can find. Then, I make stuff. And share it around.

Remedies:
While most herbal remedies are created when needed, based specifically on individual needs, there are some standard remedies that I tend to have on hand.
- Joint Health / Arthritis Powder - a blend of powdered herbs that many people and pups find helpful taken daily for chronic arthritis pain and general joint health. Boswellia, turmeric, Devil's Claw, and ginger feature prominently, and I'm happy to share the full ingredient list on request.
- Joint & Tendon Herbal Rub - an infused oil with all kinds of herbal goodies. This oil really shines for short-term arthritis relief, but also helps with all kinds of other aches and pains.
- Elderberry syrup - helps ward off colds and flu (alcohol-free)
- Elderberry elixir - as above, but the stronger, adult version (contains alcohol)
Dried Herbs:
The list of dried herbs and spices I have on hand is ever-changing. If you're looking for something specific, just ask.
Tinctures:
Here are some of the tinctures I keep well-stocked, and usually have enough to share. Tinctures contain alcohol, and may not be suitable to those who abstain. I do have lots of others, just, not necessarily in quantities I can share a lot of. These smaller amounts often find their way into blended tinctures.
